"MR POS" has been in the business of selling all of his life and was a top sales producer for a medical equipment company. He was promoted to management, (a real mistake) and now teaches the different skills needed for sales and management (there is a difference). He then created a training division within the company and used that experience to catapult into his own speaking business in 1988.

He now presents keynotes and workshops on Attitude, Motivation, Sales and the Change process effecting entrepreneurs and leaders as well as large and small businesses.
