i SOLATING MY
NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
By Rich "MR POS" Wilkins (Spiritual Version) Are you aware that POSitive thinkers have negative thoughts like everyone else? After all, we are all human beings, however, what makes a difference with POSitive thinkers is that they isolate their negative thoughts and focus on their successes. People who seem to continually drown in "bad luck" (negative circumstances) normally don't isolate their negative thoughts, therefore, they focus on their negatives (failures) from the past. One's past can become an obstacle for their future or it can be used as a vehicle to go beyond one's expectations. When you hear yourself speaking negative outcomes, stop and ask yourself where it is coming from. Try to isolate the past experience that you remember and then begin reinforcing what you learned from it to allow yourself to see the POSitive side of it. As you initiate this type of thinking, you will begin to understand how it strengthens your faith in your POSitive outcome. Faith is a very important part of anyone's success and is more difficult to grasp because it is intangible. Sometimes you can not always see the outcome, however you must be sure of what you hope for. As you continue to focus on isolating your negative thoughts, the POSitive becomes more and more realistic to achieve. Go for the POSitive!
