Do people ever ask you why you are so happy? Do they also say, "What gives you the right to have such a good day?" Because we live in such a negative world and are surrounded with a lot of gloom and doom, people are always looking for justification when someone is POSitive, optimistic, and making their day a great day. Recently someone asked me, "Just where is it written that says today should be a great day?" I shared with this individual that it's written in one of the most motivational books in the world called The Holy Bible, Psalms 118:24 says, "Today is the day the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad in it!" That's right, God gives His approval for us to have a good day. We do have solid justification for those "doubters" who are always looking for ways to negatively impact our daily attitudes. That is something to be tremendously POSitive about everyday. The next time you encounter someone who questions your good day, simply inform them that it's written in the book. This approach to others will create a POSitive "inroad" to introduce them to the Grace of God as well as the POSitiveness we can all receive through becoming one in Christ.
