Our speaker this morning is Rich Wilkins also known as “MR POS” or more affectionately as “The Little Guy”. He has excelled in the business of professional speaking for 18 years because he believes that everyone is in the business of selling, especially themselves, and that your attitude makes the difference in life! He has a masters degree in overcoming adversity and a PHd from the school of hard knocks. Please welcome “The Little Guy” as he shares his passion for making a POSitive difference with others!

Rich “MR POS” Wilkins started speaking like most other people when he was 18 months old. 42 years later he started speaking professionally (that is for money) and has been POSitively impacting audiences worldwide. He started his career after college as a commercial manager for a small telephone company (they are now called telecommunications companies) in Sheperdsville, Kentucky where he began to learn about the business world and the people involved in it. He was downsized after two years and started selling medical equipment and became very intrigued with people’s behavior. He learned very quickly that people didn’t like to be sold, however, they loved to buy. What was the difference? He quickly learned that it was in the perceived value that you give to others in the sales process. Sixteen years later after writing five books, numerous audio, video and CD programs “MR POS” has come to the conclusion that, “Life is simple until you throw people into it”. He now lives in San Diego California and travels internationally convincing audiences that YOUR ATTTIUDE MAKES THE DIFFERNCE!
